Australian criminal barrister Cleaver Greene, that epicenter of chaos, has learned nothing from disaster. If anything, he is a little worse. Like any genuine addict, Cleaver is on a contant search for higher highs and faster rushes, while attracting dangerous female liaisons and sworn enemies. However, our hero returns to fight the good fight in the defense of suicide bombers, psychotic school girls, hackers, murderers, traitors and Bobbitters. More than most people, Cleaver Greene believes in the Chinese adage that it's a curse to live in interesting times, but unfortunately, his times are endlessly interesting.
